You will be fitted to an electric bike at The Lane Winery 9.00am where we will guide you through country lanes to visit Beerenberg farm 10.00am which has been producing local condiments since 1839 (strawberry pick if in season). from there we will move onto Udder Delights 11.00am where you can sample some of best hand made cheese you have ever tasted. Then onto Shaw & Smith 12.00pm where you will enjoy there Wine Flight experience Taste five Shaw + Smith wines. next stop Nepenthe 1.00pm where you can enjoy a extensive range of wines to taste. Our final Stop is The Lane 2.00pm.where we will ride the beautiful track between the 2 wineries to the Panoramic Lane Vineyard where you can relax and add a picnic basket at one of their picnic locations on the estate October to April only.

An excellent way to spend a morning. Jack was informative & interesting guide who had answers for all our questions.
4 stops along the way (including a couple of superb local wineries) meant it was not too taxing as well as being delicious.

We are not expert bike riders but we did it pretty easy, the longest day being 36 K's. Coffee and cakes, wine tasting etc. Dan was a great guide with the odd Dad joke thrown in made it a great experience.

Had a fantastic time as on an e-bike made the trip through the best vineyards in the area and along the bike paths that much easier. Daniel was a great leader and knew all the great places to take us/guide us especially when it came to food and wine. The accommodation on the trip was the best and to end up in Glenelg overlooking the bay at the end of the trip was amazing. A great trip with a great group of people

We were a bit nervous about being able to ride a bike every day and worried that the distance might be a bit too much for us, but it was so well organised with breaks for coffees, lunch, wineries etc that we weren't stretched at all, plus the eBikes made it easy peasy! The trails were really good and safe and not too many hills.and The accomodation was was very good and clean each night and the best part was having a wonderful guide ( Dan) with us a lot of the time, he gave us such great info on not only wineries but the area, restaurants, and helped with our bikes when we needed it, he wasn't invasive at all and has a great sense of humour. We had a really , really great time.
The biggest tip is to take a pair of padded pants/shorts. we did and had no bum pain at all!

It was an excellent bike trip. Cycling through the vineyards on bike paths was enjoyable and safe. Bikes were in good condition. The guides were fun to be with and knowledgeable. The group was small (8), we could cycle with the group or by ourselves. We stayed at great hotels at end of each day’s ride. We had some variety, on the trip, also having a picnic at a vineyard, picking strawberries, visiting a cheese factory.

A few weeks back my partner and I did the e-cycling Safari at Monarto Safari Park with Bike About. The tour was nothing short of amazing. We were able to ride through the park before it opened which meant nobody else in there which was incredible. The giraffes were being fed whilst we were also being fed a morning tea and the lions. 360 was so surreal. Dan and Jarrod were the best guides and we will be recommending this to all our friends.

My partner and I recently went along with Dan to do the Hahndorf tour. This day out was full of amazing local food and wine. Well and truly exceeded our expectations. Great value for money! Would definitely recommend and go again!

Had the best week riding around wineries starting at Marino Rocks to McLaren Vale, Hahnforf, Barossa Valley, Atheleston to Glenelg with Bike About. Our tour leader Daniel looked after us from start to finish & made the trip more enjoyable. He let us know what to expect all the way which was good. The E Bikes were fantastic. Easy to use & certainly made the riding so much easier, even if you're not an experienced rider.
It is Autumn so it was just so beautiful, picturesque. I am not a wine drinker but the people I was with were, so I was there literally for the ride & what a ride it was. Visiting the beautiful wineries & vineyards. We stopped & picked strawberries which was fantastic! Thank-you Jack & Daniel. Loved it. Highly recommend, give it a go & enjoy
