Sea lions and Admirals arch and remarkable rocks were the highlights. A shame the earlier ferry broke down and we were put on the later ferry which put the whole day behind schedule. Dave, the driver on the island did a great job reorganising the itinerary and got everything covered. Although our return to Adelaide was late it was a good day.

It was a long day but being able to get so close to seals, with the bonus of seeing whales was amazing. The guide was local and very knowledgeable.

Was a very good trip, however pretty long, the seals were a cool thing to see and tick off the bucket list.

Great coastal scenery. Up and close with the seals. A very well researched driver. His knowledge of the islands history , flora and fauna was incredible

Very long day, lunch provided was disappointing and not what we paid for. No restaurants were open for dinner. Tour was overbooked on the day. Bus drivers were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a pleasant tour of the island with the very nice commentary from our tour guide cum bus driver. The bus ride was comfortable and there was enough time to enjoy the sights and scenery of Kangaroo Island. Lunch was good and served quickly by friendly staff. The ferry ride to and from the island was pleasant but I recommend to take sea sick medication if you suffer from motion sickness. It was a long day which started from hotel pickup at 6:10 am and we got back to our hotel at 10pm. Tiring but worth it.

Very seamless day with the door to door coach service. Our first driver was friendly but mostly silent on the long drive down to Cape Jervis which was disappointing as I wanted to learn about SA and Adelaide. He only mentioned the name of things if someone specifically asked. Then kind of just dropped us at the ferry and didn’t really explain how to get our tickets. Our next driver at KI was amazing. Gary was friendly, funny, warm, and knowledgeable. We sometimes had a hard time hearing him from the back of the bus but we got most of it. Would’ve liked to stop at the visitor centre but I gathered it was still being rebuilt. The seals were so cute and the kangaroos were so friendly and had their paws resting on my hands whilst they ate out of it like my puppy. Was so sweet. Have also never seen koalas this close. Usually at zoos they are higher up but this enclosure was very good for up close viewing. Lunch was okay. Delicious chicken with salad and a cheesecake. Would’ve been nice to have a quick dinner but understand there is no time. The ferry cafe was stocked well enough.

Being in Adelaide, we decided to jump on a tour to get onto KI. An amazing place with many aspects to look at. The pickup was all good and near out CBD accommodation. Normally I would have hired a car and dome this myself (with friends). The bus trip was more relaxing, the driver was very knowledgeable and threw in some good old dry humour along the way! In fact, there was heaps more, so really a couple of days may be even better! Do your self a favour and get over to KI!

An amazing way to see the best parts of Kangaroo Island in a day. Dave (our tour guide) was phenomenal. It was so good to hear so much about the island from a local. From the history to the everyday life. I would highly recommend this tour if you don’t have heaps of time but are keen to see Kangaroo Island!

This was an excellent tour from pick up to drop off there is no denying it was an extremely long day. On the island our bus driver guide Scott provided his time and great knowledge and importantly humor to introduce us to Kangaroo Island. On reflection five or 10 minutes less at each stop and a little bit more time at the animal sanctuary might have been nice but that’s been filthy. Generally a really well organized tour.
