Nice small group (10) and a entertaining driver. The tour gave a good look around the area with historical information along the way.

What a great tour! Saw so much, the Adelaide Hills, Hahndorf which is a very pretty German village, Goolwa where the Muuray River meets the ocean, Victor Harbour a scenic beachside town and the Cube at d'arenberg with its eclectic display and wide tasting. Great commentary, loved it was a small group tour and a great bus.

What an excellent tour, we started with a drive up through the hills with spectacular views and we even saw a koala in the tree. Next stop was at the beautiful toe of Hahndorf with some delicious coffee and cake and a walk around town. Next we stopped at Goolwa where we saw the Murray river go into the ocean, also has a gin distillery to taste at. Off to victor harbour, no trams were running but we rode some camels and enjoyed the seaside town. Then off to the cube, how cool, very eclectic, wine tasting and walk through the cube. Awesome day great commentary. Nice small group catered to us. I would recommend and definitely will do another tour if we come back. Thanks for a great day.

What an amazing day. Peter, our driver, was very knowledgeable, had a great sense of humour and made everyone feel very welcome. The tour was very personable and not rushed. Would recommend this tour to anyone who wants an oversight to the areas outside of Adelaide City.

Paul is a great tour guide. Full of knowledge and tips on places. Keeps you entertained and involved throughout the day. Paul makes you laugh and very relaxed. Paul is very considerate and thoughtful. Paul even went out of his way and dropped us off at our door on the return trip at Noarlunga so we didn’t have to catch the train back from the city. Will definitely be doing another tour with Paul Bums on Seats. Thanks for the amazing day Paul.

Itinerary and places we visited was fine, but tour guide (Paul) and transportation conditions were poor and since no food or activities were included, that’s really what we paid for. (1) Condition of Transportation - The guide brought his 2 grandchildren onto the tour, and we were extremely cramped in the mini bus, with 4 adults in the back seat tightly packed against each other. While his 2 grandchildren comfortably occupied 2 seats in the front. He did at one point offer to swap his grand daughter onto the back row, but we didn’t want to be cramped against a stranger who wasn’t wearing a mask. We were so hot and cramped in the back, with no windows, we had to request the air conditioning to be turned up multiple times. In the current Covid climate, the conditions were unacceptable. (2) Guide behavior - At the start of the tour he explained why he and his grandchildren weren’t wearing a mask. But then he suggested passengers did not need to wear masks if they didn’t want to. In the current Covid climate, the local rules, and the confined space we were in, that is simply irresponsible. There were multiple occasions of racist and sexist jokes made which I found offensive. The itinerary was meant to have 6 stops, after the 4th stop the wine tasting, he didn’t even explain it, he just said ‘hope u enjoyed your day, this is the end of the tour’! Then he tried to tell us we should all go to Glenelg to visit the beach, and catch a tram back into the city! But only if we all voted for it…. It was so obvious it was an attempt to drop us off near his home, so he didn’t need to drop us all off at our hotels in the city. When some of us voted against that, he then requested for a detour to drop the kids off home first. Which I actually didn’t mind, but the whole process was just very unprofessional. (3) Wine Tasting - before the wine tasting, he asked if everyone wanted to drink wine because there may not be seats to fit us all in! And if there are no seats, some of us won’t get to do the wine tasting. I was very shocked that the wine tasting seats for the tour were not pre booked! As I said, what we paid for on this tour was the transportation and the guide. The transportation condition was appalling and the guide was unprofessional.

driver started the day by confirming our hotel. and had been mentioning it the whole day. at 1st it was funny but it became insulting after a few hrs. I told him the hotel didn’t look that bad when I was booking it online, and explained that we usually go to cheap hotels on trip and spend money on tours but was still insulated the whole trip. quick mt lofty summit 1hr hahndorf 10min goolwa 2hrs victor harbour 10 min chocolate store drop off at glenelg. very long time in victor harbour and no time for Mclaren. we asked if we will have time for a wine tasting in Mclaren but was told couple of time that it is not a wine tour. we understand that but an option was given on the itinerary hence the reason why I booked the tour. he drove us to a chocolate factory in maclaren and only stayed for 10min. he said we can still have a quick wine tasting while they wait. me and my husband both felt bad to make him wait and decided not to do it. he offered to drive us to glenleg beach and decided to get the tram back not because we wanted to see the beach but we can’t wait to get off the van. all negative comments built up at the end that I regret booking the tour.

Despite the rain, the scenery and the varied stops were interesting. The driver varied the itinerary to allow for the weather.

Great tour. Live commentary presented in an entertaining way. A good day seeing a number of things outside Adelaide. The tour is run efficiently and there is good value for money. Small group so very personal. We chose the full day highlights tour and were glad we did. Time to stroll in Hahndorf after a very enjoyable morning tea. Also time in Victor Harbor and some very nice eating establishments to choose from especially for fish and chips.
